Terms of Service

Article 1: Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to CloZett (the "Service"), operated by Indigo Wolf LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Article 2: Eligibility and COPPA Compliance

The Service is strictly for users who are at least 13 years old. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If we discover a user is under 13, their account will be immediately terminated.

Article 3: Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You must immediately notify support@clozett.app of any unauthorized use.

Article 4: Content Policy and Restrictions

CloZett allows you to organize, share, publish, and sell URLs. You retain ownership of your content. However, you strictly agree NOT to distribute, link to, or store:

• Illegal content or links promoting illegal activities.
• Malware, viruses, or phishing sites.
• Adult content, pornography, or explicit material.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Article 5: Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends. All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, regardless of usage.

Article 6: EU Right of Withdrawal (GDPR)

For users residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, if you explicitly consent to the immediate provision of digital content (such as starting a paid subscription), you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has commenced.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

The CloZett platform, including its code, design, and trademark, is the exclusive property of Indigo Wolf LLC. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion without express written permission.

Article 8: Limitation of Liability

CloZett is provided "as is." Indigo Wolf LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Article 9: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Delaware. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Article 10: Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or system notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
